These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aaa ph ("aaa ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aaa ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at https://aaa-ph.app (the "Platform").

aaa ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by aaa ph may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full features of the aaa ph Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) aaa ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. aaa ph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, aaa ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You must notify aaa ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. aaa ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

aaa ph reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any time aaa ph deems necessary for compliance or security purposes. KYC documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

aaa ph supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the aaa ph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your aaa ph account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take additional processing time depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by aaa ph within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank. aaa ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• aaa ph reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited into your aaa ph account may not be transferred to another player's account.
• aaa ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. General bonus rules applicable to all aaa ph promotions include the following:

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aaa ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game outcome cannot be determined due to a technical error, aaa ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaa ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the aaa ph Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

All content on the aaa ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of aaa ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of aaa ph.

The aaa ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of aaa ph. You may not use any aaa ph trademark, trade name, or logo without the prior written permission of aaa ph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaa ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

aaa ph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. aaa ph will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aaa ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

aaa ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at aaa-ph.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aaa ph complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and takes all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by aaa ph to operate the Platform, process payments, conduct KYC verification, and provide customer support, subject to appropriate data processing agreements. aaa ph does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

aaa ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all Filipino players. The Platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools that are available to all registered players, including:

• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.

Upon account closure, aaa ph will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) to the player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations.

You may close your aaa ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and aaa ph, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. aaa ph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

aaa ph operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with aaa ph may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

aaa ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aaa ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the aaa ph Platform at aaa-ph.app/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the aaa ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
